Rethinking Real Estate for a Multimodal Future

The 2019 ULI Summit will be held June 13-14 in Kissimmee, FL to connect engineers, planners, architects, developers, and attorneys. David Taxman, P.E. (Fort Lauderdale) will moderate a discussion with experts in parking, transportation, shared mobility, and technology about the evolving mobility landscape and why developers need to consider these issues to help prepare for today and tomorrow.

David has 14 years of parking planning and transportation engineering experience and is a passionate advocate for reform in parking planning practices, spearheading efforts to include transportation demand management and mobility best practices. He was among the first in the parking industry to attain Parksmart Advisor certification and has lead certification training sessions. David’s expertise in parking planning includes supply/demand studies, operations and management, financial feasibility studies, parking policy, technology review and specification, shared parking studies, parking privatization, and functional design of parking facilities.
