CONGRATULATIONS

Jeffrey Elsey Named to NPA’s 40 Under 40 — Class of 2020

Congratulations to Jeffrey Elsey, P.E., CAPP, LEED AP (Atlanta, GA), who recently earned two prestigious honors for his expertise and leadership in the parking industry. Jeffrey was selected to join ULI Atlanta’s Livable Communities Council (LCC), which encourages responsible land use to foster inclusive and healthy communities in the Atlanta area. Jeffrey’s leadership in the parking industry also landed him a spot on the National Parking Association’s “40 Under 40” Class of 2020. Both his LCC appointment and “40 Under 40” award were driven in part by Jeffrey’s authoring of the Shared Parking (3rd Edition) model, a powerful parking planning tool that communicates complex parking calculations typically used by a wide variety of end-users such as municipalities, parking planners, and developers. Way to go, Jeffrey!
